The Plan is an online fitness system for women who have tried all things fitness and are ready to streamline their efforts and get real results.
The Plan is an opportunity to learn once and for all what fitness techniques work for YOUR BODY, and what does not work anymore, and maybe never did.
The Plan is for women who already know that their body is unique, and has it's own unique story. Women who already know that they don't fit into a cookie cutter fitness program. They know that most mainstream fitness programs don't work for them, but they don't know what program will work for their body. Because every body is different! It's time to celebrate that!!!
The Plan is flexible, fun, and individualized. You can do as little as you want or as much as you want, always knowing what your minimum monthly effort will be. When you plan for results, you get them!
The Plan is a community of women who celebrate YOU while you learn to celebrate yourself. It's the small wins that count in fitness.
The Plan is REAL like you are REAL. The plan celebrates real bodies, and starts you where you are today. The plan teaches you how to love the body you have NOW, so that you can love the body you have ALWAYS.
THE PLAN is about making progress, slowly but surely, or quickly and swiftly. The quantity and schedule of your workouts is up to you! In the long run, slow and steady progress is a really good thing, with seasons of more effort and faster results. Because that is how life works, and that is how your workout schedule should work. THE PLAN changes based on what season of life you are in.


How does THE PLAN work?
60 minutes of new fitness videos every week, broken into 20 and 30 minute strength and flexibility segments that you can mix and match depending on your fitness goals this month. This means you will get 2 or 3 new fitness videos delivered to you each week, to mix and match as use however you want.
Put it on your calendar! You know how some programs give you a calendar and you stick it on your bulletin board, or add it to your google calendar and then you avoid looking at it? We all do this! I will teach you how to create a fitness plan JUST FOR YOU, so that you can add it to YOUR calendar each month. So whether you are a list maker, a time blocker, or a fly by the seat of your pants exerciser, you will have a plan that works for you because YOU created it.
Accountability - as much or as little as you want and need. A facebook group full of daily inspiration from me and others, additional live workouts, and all kinds of extras. You can get involved or just watch from the sidelines, but either way, the energy will be contagious. This group is a place where you can come and ask questions, get support and even learn to brag a little about how much fun you are having setting realistic fitness goals for the first time ever and getting results that are consistent and never stop happening. Are you ready to get fitness results forever? I can teach you how.
What is the best way to use THE PLAN? The best way to use THE PLAN is the way that YOU decide to use it. Guess what? I have clients who have worked out once a week for years and years. Are they making progress? YES. Are they making progress at the same pace as people who work out daily? Of course not. That would make no sense. But do you know which of my clients burns out and quits most often? Which type of exerciser takes the longest breaks? What kind of exerciser rides the fitness rollercoaster most often? The most intense exerciser. The daily exerciser that is doing too much is the one who gets burnt out, injured or simply tired of setting aside so much time. Is weekly exercise the most effective schedule for making progress? Probably not. But is it better than nothing? Hell yeah! And does it give results over time? Guaranteed.
So whats the best schedule again? I said it before and I will say it again. The best schedule is the one you can actually do!
Inside this program you will learn all my tricks of 40 years in fitness and keeping my own body on track through trial and error, injuries and pregnancies, busy seasons and busier seasons, and changes in fitness trends and even peer pressure. Have you ever felt pressured to try a new thing? Do you remember when the world started screaming at you to do yoga or take a spin class or join a crossfit gym? Is THE PLAN for every body?
They don't call it a plan of action for nothing! Have you ever decided you are doing to exercise on a certain schedule or in a certain way? You know... we all do it... you buy a class pass at a local yoga studio or take the big leap into the world of gym membership, and suddenly or slowly life gets in the way. You had the best intentions, and now you find yourself stuck in the cycle of beating yourself up about not doing what you said you would, not using the thing you paid for, or that you should be doing more.
Trust me we have all been there.
The Plan is a system that works for you not against you. This system takes into consideration what season you are in, and helps you to set realistic goals this week, this month, or during this phase of life. The Plan helps you be successful, because you have set yourself up for fitness success instead of setting yourself up for that sinking feeling we all know so well.
